What can I expect from treatment?

I work remotely so all sessions will be conducted via video session. My clients are diverse on many levels with various life challenges and traumas that are making it difficult for them have new experiences and live to their highest potential and quality of life . Some of my clients want to understand themselves on a deeper emotional level and have a curiosity about what will help them become in touch with their true selves. Whatever brings you to treatment, I will work with you and facilitate the work to meet your needs in the best way possible. I work to help my clients reduce stress, anxiety, and depression among other life challenges through my training in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy and EMDR. We will look at how the past is persisting into the present and how to help move you through what is keeping you stuck so that you can move with ease into the future.

What Insurance do you take?

I am currently accepting Aetna, Cigna, and United Healthcare in NY State and Washington, DC.

I will work with you to provide a sliding scale fee and superbill for out-of-network benefits if needed.

I do not take Medicaid and Medicare or any plans associated with Medicare or Medicaid.

Even though I am a provider for Carelon Health Plans(including Anthem) in NY State, I have paused the intake for these insurance companies until further notice.
